Sports Scene Magazine has been covering high school sports in the metro area since 1997 and is available in East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston and St. James and St. Iberville parishes. It is free and is available for pick up at over 400 locations in those parishes at high traffic locations and high schools.

Sports Scene Live! TV is in its eighth year and can be viewed in 18 parishes across South Louisiana on Eatel & Cox cable networks.

Our niche is all the hype prior to the “Game of the Week”. In print, we have the coaches “Insights Into The Game”. On TV, we touch on last week’s match up and have a lively discussion on the coming week’s game with the head coaches. Our show has more credibility because we actually feature the coaches and their comments. In addition, we interview a variety of other guests.

A new feature, “Player of the Week Award” highlights players who are deserving of the award and play on the teams we cover. We present a glossy, keepsake, 8 x 10 plaque to each Player of the Week at their high school, record the presentation and broadcast it on SPORTS SCENE LIVE! every week.

Our new TV features for the upcoming season include a Tip of the Week for Baseball & Football as well as “This Magic Moment” segment with former Saints Play-by-Play announcer Larry Matson. Larry interviews former players and coaches on their fondest memories of their career.

Our graphics department and TV production team is available to help you present your company in a professional manner. Click here for advertising rates. Since the bottom line is more sales – we want to join your team to make that happen.
